At DreamBuds, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear.
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
